Introducing Lily

Lily Lazarus Jones has spent over a decade building The Verbier Touch into the practice it is today, and as Director she now oversees clinical standards across physiotherapy, massage and Pilates for the whole team, as well as leading its sister brands The Swiss Touch in London and KŌR Reformer Pilates in Verbier. But ask her patients what stands out, and most will say it is how personally invested she is in every single recovery, a trait that traces back to her own journey.

Lily's understanding of rehabilitation is not only academic. As a Swiss national athlete, she represented Switzerland in athletics at the World Transplant Games in Argentina, winning two gold medals and a silver, an experience she describes as teaching her the value of resilience and perseverance under exactly the kind of pressure her patients feel when facing a long recovery. That perspective, paired with a Master's in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia and extensive training in osteopathic technique, acupuncture and Pilates, gives her a clinical style that is both rigorous and deeply human.

Living and working in Verbier year round, skiing is close to a second profession for Lily, and it shows in how she treats the resort's active community, from professional Freeride World Tour skiers to weekend visitors nursing their first ski related strain. She has worked with the International Belgium Bobsleigh Association, continues to treat children with the same energy and creativity she brings to elite athletes, and still finds time to fundraise for a school in Zambia between clinic days.
